我国运动员训练过程中转项现象的研究进展

The Research Progress of Transfer Phenomenon of Athletes Training Process in China

转项训练现象作为选材的一种特殊形式已经逐渐存在于运动训练过程之中。本文通过文献资料法对相关研究观点进行了总结,并在此基础上提出了一些新的研究方向,即教练员的绩效与利益分配,数据分析系统的构建,多元统计技术的运用,后备人才匮乏与转项的关系。为我国竞技体育运动员科学选材,提高运动员人才流动的效率,优化运动员的人力资源配置提供新思路。

Phenomenon of transference training as a special form of select material has gradually existed in sports training process. This paper summarizes the research on their views and based on this,come up with some new research directions： performance and profit distribution of the coaches,the construction of a data analysis system,the use of multivariate statistical techniques,lack of talents and a relationship. For our country athletics sports athletes scientific selection,improve the efficiency of the athletes,optimize the human resources allocation of athletes to provide a new way of thinking.
