广东省清远地区妇女人乳头瘤病毒宫颈感染现状调查 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解广东省清远地区妇女宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染及其亚型分布情况。方法:选择2011年1月至2016年1月就诊妇女3963例,通过检测宫颈脱落细胞HPV DNA基因分型得出HPV的感染率和亚型分布情况。结果:3963例女性中1181例女性宫颈感染HPV。其中,单一感染835例,占感染人数的70.70%,双重及以上感染346人,占感染人数的29.30%。高危型HPV、低危刑HPV和HPV复合感染率分别为14.38%、6.69%和8.73%。基因亚型感染率中最高的是HPV52,而基因亚型感染率最低的是HPV 66。年龄段〉45岁妇女的HPV检出率和高危亚型检出率最高,年龄段36-45岁妇女的HPV检出率、高危亚型检出率最低,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:广东省清远地区妇女宫颈人乳头瘤病毒的感染率的前9位排列顺序是HPV52、16、58、56、33、18、11、45、43,是需要重点防治的亚型。HPV的感染率在各年龄段呈两头高中间低的"V"字形状,年轻妇女、中老年女性更应该做好相关的筛查工作。 Objective: To investigate the distribution of HPV infection and its subtypes in women's cervixes in Qingyuan district of Guangdong province. Method: From January 2011 to January 2016, 3963 women were selected. The infection rate and the subtype distribution of HPV were obtained by detecting the DNA genotyping of the cervical cells. Results: In the 3963 cases, 1181 were infected with HPV,and the infection rate was 29.80%(1181/3963). In the cases infected with HPV, a single infection in 835 cases, accounting for 70.70% of the number of infections(835/1181), double and above infection in 346 cases, accounting for 29.30% of the number of infections(346/1181). The infection rates of High risk type HPV, low-risk types HPV and Complex infection were 14.38%(570/3963), 6.69%(265/3963) and 8.73%(346/3963), respectively. The highest rate of Gene subtype infection is HPV 52, and the other top eight were HPV 16, 58, 56, 33, 18, 11, 45,43 and so on, while the lowest infection rate is HPV 66. The detection rate of HPV and its subtype in women aged over 45 years old was the highest while the rate in women aged 36-45 years old was the lowest, and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusions:The majority infection of HPV subtypes in descending order is: 52, 16, 58, 56, 33, 18, 11, 45, 43 in Qingyuan district of Guangdong province,which must be focus on. The infection rate of HPV was in the shape of "V" in every groups of different ages and the related screening work should be carried out in young women and middle aged and old women.
