摘要
安吉白茶自80年代初被发现至今,以其风味的独特和资源的稀珍,成功地实现了从地方名茶到著名茶叶品牌的转换,是安吉县名副其实的富民产业。安吉白茶产业在突飞猛进的发展态势下,仍具有巨大的发展空间,其全价利用研究具有重要意义及现实价值。文章从安吉白茶修剪枝叶、夏秋茶、茶树花、茶渣四个方面重点综述了安吉白茶资源利用现状,提出安吉白茶资源利用建议,总结并展望了安吉白茶资源全价利用的发展方向,为安吉白茶产业可持续发展提供新思路。
Since Anji baicha tea was found in early 1980 s, it has transformed from local tea brand to a national famous tea brand due to its excellent flavor and scarcity. Anji baicha tea has become the major source of income for locals. With the rapid growth of this industry,it still has a great prospect. The full use of Anji baicha tea is of great significance and realistic value. This paper reviewed the utilization of Anji baicha tea from four aspects, namely green tea produced in summer and autumn, tea garden clipping, tea blossoms and waste tea. It offered suggestions for the utilization of Anji baicha tea and summarized the future development of Anji baicha tea resources＇ s comprehensive utilization, which shed lights on the sustainable development of Anji baicha tea industry.
