摘要
中国是世界黄茶的原产地,霍山黄芽是中国黄茶中的珍品。基于霍山黄芽的茶农户、加工企业、茶商、交易市场等的实地调查,对霍山黄芽茶生产成本、加工成本和价格进行了深入分析。调查显示:在各成本结构中,采摘成本和人工加工成本占的比例最高;霍山黄芽的传统手工加工制作方式成本较机械化加工高;大型机械化加工的黄芽成本最低,利润率最高,茶农户机械化加工成本相对最高,利润率最低。而在价格的调查分析中发现,茶农户手工传统制作的毛茶价格高于机制茶,但远比经过包装的茶叶企业和交易市场的茶商的茶叶价格低;大茶厂或大茶商的茶叶价格最高。
China is the world's yellow tea origin, Holyoke Huang Ya Tea is China's treasures. Based tea farmers, processors, merchants, trading markets and other field investigation, production costs, processing costs and the price of Holyoke Huang Ya Tea were in deep analysis. The survey showed: in the cost composition, the cost of harvesting and artificial processing costs accounted for the highest proportion. The cost of traditional manual processing production of Mount Holyoke Huang Ya tea was higher than the mechanized processing. Processing mechanism of large-scale mechanized processing cost lowest, but had highest profit margins. The cost of mechanized processing by tea craftmen was relatively the highest, but the profit margins were lowest. The survey of price was also found that the price of primary tea made by tea craftmen was higher than mechanical teas and the price of tea sold by tea factory or tea merchants was the highest.
