摘要
依据轨道车辆乘坐舒适度测试和评价标准,结合现有动车组乘坐舒适度测试数据分析,以某速度250km/h动车组舒适度优化并满足标准要求为目的,通过多次振动测试和仿真分析研究,提出了适合现车的舒适度优化方案,该方案基本不改变车辆结构和状态,并且工程实施也比较容易,试验结果表明,动车组在方案实施后舒适度有明显改善,也能满足标准要求。
Based rail vehicle ride comfort test and evaluation standards, combined with the existing EMU ride comfort test data analysis, and in order to achieve a speed of 250 km EMU improved comfort and to meet the standards, through multiple vibration test and simulation analysis, proposed enforceable optimization program for the mentioned vehicle, the program does not change the basic vehicle structure and status, and project implementation is also relatively easy. The test results showed that EMU comfort improved obviously after implementation of the program, and can also meet the standards.
