摘要
对洛阳机务段HX_D3机车牵引电机轴在运用中出现的断裂问题进行了调查,从电机轴探伤工艺、电机轴强度校核及检验等方面进行了深入研究,分析了造成电机轴裂纹的主要原因,也提出了相应的改进措施。
The paper described investigation of shaft broken problem in traction motor application of HXD3 Locos at Luoyang Depot. Deep research are made from traction motor axel detect, axel strength check and inspection etc. Rootcause of problem is analyzed and improve method also described here in detail.
