摘要
废排风帽是轨道车辆环境控制系统的重要组成部分,其排风特性的优劣直接影响客车室内废气的排出量,对调节室内外压差起关键作用,采用计算流体力学软件FLUENT对轨道车辆废排风帽的流动特性进行数值模拟分析,研究结果表明:出风口最小截面距离的增大会减小废排风帽的流动阻力,出风口格栅的形状和布置形式影响风帽内风的流动轨迹和流动特性。为轨道车辆的废排风帽的优化设计提供参考依据。
Waste exhaust hood of the rail vehicle is an important part of the environmental control system, and its characteristics directly affect on the discharge of exhaust air. It played important role to adjust pressure difference inside and outside the room. In this paper, the flow characteristics of the waste exhaust hood on rail vehicles were studied by numerical simulation with computational fluid dynamics software-Fluent, the results showed that: if the minimum cross section of the outlet decreases, the flow resistance of the waste exhaust hood will increase, the shape and arrangement of the outlet grille influence hood inside the hood trajectory and flow eharacteris tics. It will provide a reference for the optimal design exhaust hood on rail vehicles.
