摘要
针对动车组、机车及地铁列车整车对外电磁干扰特性展开研究。在低于对轨道交通车辆的电磁骚扰源进行理论分析的基础上,论述了大功率电力电子装置、弓网系统、主传动电机及车内无线电发射系统对整车电磁干扰的影响。并介绍了关于轨道交通整车对外电磁骚扰的国际国内标准,引出本文所采用的试验测试设备及方法,试验标准。依据EN 50121-3-1,分别针对350km/h动车组、160km/h城际动车组、120km/h重载交流传动机车、80km/h地铁及120km/h内燃机车进行对外电磁干扰测试。并对6种车型的现场实车数据进行分析。最后总结分析了轨道车辆射频电磁骚扰抑制方法,为整车电磁兼容设计提供设计参考。
The EMI characteristics of EMU, locomotives and subway train was researched in this paper. On the basis of theoretical analysis of rolling stock disturbance source, this article discusses the EMI effect of high power electronic device, pantograph/contact wire system, main driving motor and signal system. International and domestic standards of rolling stock EMI were introduced to draw forth the test methods, devices and standards of this research. EN50121-3 1 was applied to test the EMI compatibility of 350 km/h EMU, 160 km/h inter city EMU, 120 km/h heavy haul electric locomotive, 80 km/h subway train and 120 km/h diesel locomotive. Moreover, the data of these six train types was analyzed. Lastly, this article summarizes the corrective action of EMI of rolling stock and pro- vides advices of EMC design.
