摘要
目前我国动车组广泛使用多异步电机并联供电的动力配置方案。为了传感器和控制上的简化,牵引系统通常将多个并联电机等效成单个电机来处理。但当部分轴出现黏着利用问题时,控制中的电流闭环会加剧牵引电机间的力矩分配不平衡;而采用转速平均值作为控制标准转速,又会使已经发生空转或滑行的电机由于转差率的差异而出现工作异常现象。这些现象最终都有可能引起黏着利用恶化。针对并联电机牵引系统中,传感器简化和电机等效对动车组黏着利用可能造成的后果进行了分析。
At present, China EMU widely use the parallel multiple motors in power arrangement configuration. To simplify the sensors and control in the traction system, the parallel motor saretypically equivalent to a single motor. But when some axes haveadhesionutilization problems, the automaticcurrent regulation will exacerbate unbalance betweentraction motors torque distribution. Duetothe use of the average speed as a standard speed, themotorswill work in abnormal condition because of the slip difference when the adhesion utilization problem shave already occurred. These phenomena are likely to eventually lead to the deterioration of adhesion utilization. In this paper, the possible consequences of the sensors simplified plan and motor equivalent to EMU adhesion utilization are analyzed in parallel motor traction system,
