The development of youth volunteer action in college and universities has become more mature, standardized and chronic. The spirits of dedication, love, mutual assistance, progress from its reflection are favourated among the teachers, students and society. The educational practice that not only inherits the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation but also draws lessons from the beneficial exploration of Chinese and foreign countries, brings new opportunities and challenges to the moral education in college and universities. Today, we should discuss a focal point that how to strengthen the moral education of the college and universities through this kind of activity which is full of the times and the great inspiration.
