不同类型酸化剂对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响

摘要 选择健康、日龄相近、初始体重6.5±0.2 kg的杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪72头,随机分为3个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复8头仔猪。对照组A为市售某公司中高档教槽料,试验组B在基础日粮中添加柠檬酸1.0%;试验组C在基础日粮中添加幼添宝0.7%。试验期14 d,研究不同类型酸化剂对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响。试验结果表明,试验组B与对照组A相比,平均日增重差异不显著(P>0.05),与试验组C相比,平均日增重提高31.83%,差异显著(P<0.05);试验组B与对照组相比,平均日采食量差异不显著(P>0.05),与试验组C相比,平均日采食量提高16.01%,差异显著(P<0.05);各处理组与对照组相比,料重比差异不显著(P>0.05),但试验组B与试验组C相比,料重比降低18.84,差异显著(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加柠檬酸1.0%达到市售某公司高档教槽料相同的效果,且与日粮中添加幼添宝0.7%相比,显著提高平均日采食量、日增重,显著降低料重比,而日粮中添加幼添宝0.7%对断奶仔猪没有明显的促生长作用。 A total of 72 crossbred early weaned piglets with an average initial body weight of(6.5±0.2) kg were randomly allotted to 3 group with 3 replicates and 8 piglets of each replicate. Group A was control group with commercially feed, test group B supplementation with basal diet +1.0 % citric acid, test group C supplementation with basal diet +0.7% organic acid. The formal experiment lasted for 14 days. The result showed that during the whole experiment stage, compare with the control group, piglets fed diets containing citric acid had no difference in average daily gain(P0.05). However, compared with the group C, average daily gain was increased 31.83%(P0.05); compared with the control group, piglets fed diets containing citric acid had no difference in average daily feed intake(P0.05). Compared with the experimental group C, average daily feed intake increased 16.01%(P0.05); Compared with the control group, there was no difference in feed gain ration in 1.0% citric acid and 0.7% organic acid(P0.05), but compared with the group C, the experimental group B decreased the feed gain ration of 18.84%(P0.05).In conclusion, compared with the control group, 1.0% citric acid supplementation could achieve the same effect compared with the control group 1.0% citric acid supplementation could significantly improve the average daily feed intake, daily weight gain, and significantly decreased feed gain ratio compared with the diets added 0.7% organic acid.Diet adding 0.7% organic acid was no obvious promoting effect on the growth of weaned piglets.
