全肺灌洗联合粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子治疗肺泡蛋白沉着症一例 被引量：4

摘要 肺泡蛋白沉着症（pulmonary alveolar proteinosis,PAP）,是一种以富含磷脂的、不定形的、过碘酸-雪夫氏（perio dic acidi Schiff,PAS）染色阳性的蛋白样物质沉积于肺泡和终末细支气管为特征的罕见肺部慢性疾病。其常引起肺弥散功能受损,临床常表现为胸闷、咳嗽、咳痰,渐进性呼吸困难。
