摘要
利用油剂复配技术可以提高原有油剂的应用性能,达到有针对性改善再生纤维素纤维纺纱应用性能的目的,简述了再生纤维素纤维油剂的重要性,详细介绍了再生纤维素纤维油剂的剖析方法和复配过程,提出由于再生纤维素纤维油剂的剖析和复配,是多学科交叉渗透、多种分析检测方法综合运用的试验性技术工作,故要求分析者应掌握表面活性剂特性、再生纤维素纤维生产情况、下游纺织业企业加工要求等情况,并通过反复试验,研究出更新更好的再生纤维素纤维油剂。
Oil agent compound distribution technology can improve the application performance of original oil agent and improve the spinning application performance of regeneration cellulose fiber. The importance of regeneration cellulose fiber oil agent was briefly discussed, the analysis method and compound distribution process of regeneration cellulose fiber oil agent were introduced in detail. It proposes that analysis and compound distribution of regeneration cellulose fiber oil agent are integrated experimental technical work of multidisciplinary infiltration and a variety of analysis and detection method, so it is required that analysts should master the characteristics of surfactant, the production of regenerated cellulose fibers and textiles and basic information of raw materials processing requirement of the downstream textile enterprises etc., and repeated experiments to develop newer and better regenerated cellulose fiber oil agent.
