摘要 化工企业用电负荷量大,采用变电所集中供电方式时,需敷设大量电缆,通过分析电缆敷设方式的特点,选择合理的电缆敷设方式,有助于减少工程投资和施工量,同时便于后期维护以及增加和更换电缆。结合河北某石油炼化企业的扩建设计及老厂区的更新改造的具体情况,提出电缆敷设方式选择的一般原则,即化工厂区尤其是大中型厂区,后期增加和更换电缆较多时,厂区电缆敷设宜采用以电缆桥架为主并与其他敷设方式(直埋、电缆沟等)相结合的综合敷设方式。 Chemical enterprises demand a large number of power load,the use of centralized power supply mode from substation need a large number of cables. By analyzing the characteristics of cable laying modes, the reasonable cable laying ways were selected in order to help reduce the investment of project and construction quantity,and at the same time it is easy for post maintenance, increase and replacement of the cable. Based on the specific circumstances of a petroleum refining enterprise's expansion design and renovation in Hebei province,the general principles of cable laying mode selection is put forward,that is chemical plant, especially large and medium-sized plant,when more cables are increased and replaced at the last stage, cable tray as the main laying mode combined with other laying modes(direct burialcable and cable trench etc.) should be adopted in plant cable laying.
