硫酸氢甲酯及其钠盐的检测方法

摘要 综述了硫酸氢甲酯及其钠盐的检测方法研究现状,主要检测方法包括沉淀法、CODcr法、液相色谱法、电位滴定法和核磁法,介绍了各检测方法的所用仪器、过程和参数,并比较了其优缺点,提出高效液相色谱法因测定快速准确,更适用于粗维生素C钠生产中硫酸氢甲酯及其钠盐的测定。 Research situation of detection methods of methyl hydrogen sulfate and its sodium salt were reviewed. The main detection methods include precipitation, CODCrliquid chromatography, potentiometric titration and NMR(nuclear magnetic). The instruments, processes and parameters of these methods were introduced and their advantages and disadvantages were compared. HPLC(High-performance liquid chromatography) was considered to be the most suitable method for analysis of methyl hydrogen sulfate and its sodium salt in Vitamin C production process because of its rapidity and accuracy.
