摘要
EUROCLAUS硫回收技术是将来自脱硫脱碳装置中产生的酸性气体中的COS和H2S转化为单质硫并回收利用,避免了酸性气体直接排放至火炬燃烧造成的大气污染。介绍了EUROCLAUS硫回收技术的特点、应用、存在的问题以及未来回收技术的改进措施。提出EUROCLAUS硫回收技术因其所具有的工艺流程短、操作弹性范围大、技术安全性高、回收率高、环保性能高、能耗低、操作较灵活及催化剂使用周期长等技术特性,而被广泛应用于煤化工行业;煤化工中硫回收装置的规模需在满足国家环保要求,且技术安全可靠的前提下,以提高回收率作为主要目的。
EUROCLAUS sulfur recovery technology is used to convert COS and H2 S in acid gases from the decarburization desulfurization device to elemental sulfur and recycling, thereby avoiding atmospheric pollution caused by direct combustion of the acidic gases in the torch. The application characteristics, existing problems of EUROCLAUS sulfur recovery technology, and the improvement measures of future recovery technology were introduced. It is pointed out that EUROCLAUS sulfur recovery technology has the characteristics of short process flow, wide operation flexibility, high technical security, high recovery rate, high environmental protection, low energy consumption, flexible operation, long cycle of catalyst and has been widely used in coal chemical industry. When the size of the sulfur recovery unit in coal chemical industry meets the requirements of the state environmental protection, and the technology is safe and reliable,improvement of the recovery rate will be main purpose of the technology.
