摘要
本文首先对河南高校就业信息资源的共享现状进行调查,接着分析了制约校园就业信息区域共享的原因,最后从构建政府,高校,用人单位和大学生"四位一体"的共享机制,建立就业信息区域共享平台,加强对平台的宣传推广三个方面提出解决方案。
The paper first investigates the sharing state of the employment information resources. Then,it analyzes the reasons that restrict the regional sharing of the employment information. Finally,the paper proposes solutions from the following three aspects： constructing a ＂ four in one＂ sharing system——government,higher colleges,employers and college students; establishing the regional sharing platform of employment information; propagandizing and popularizing the platform.
