How to Do a Good Job of College Students' Employment Guidance in the New Period for the Higher College Counsellors

随着高职院校学生就业压力的日趋增大,对院校学生就业指导工作也提出更高的要求,而就业指导工作水平的提高很大程度取决于辅导员工作开展的有效性。但从现行高职院校就业指导工作现状看,仍存在较多弊端,很难使就业指导工作的作用得到充分发挥。对此,本文将结合现行高职院校学生就业现状,对就业指导工作开展的意义、当前学生就业面临的主要问题以及学生就业指导工作中辅导员作用发挥的相关建议进行探析。

With the increasing employment pressure of higher vocational college students,employment guidance of college students is also presented with higher requirement. The improvement of employment guidance work level is largely due to the effectivenss of counselors work. But from the current situation of employment guidance in higher vocational colleges,there are still many disadvantages,it is difficult to make the role of the employment guidance to be fully played. To this,this paper will combine the current higher vocational college students＇ employment situation and make discussion on the significance of employment guidance,the main problems faced by the students employment and relative suggestion of student employment guidance in the work of counselors.
