摘要
高职阶段的法学教育要体现职业化特征。文章从高职法学教育的定位入手,提出通过实践教学关注法学教育的实践理性,并指出当前法治背景下法学教育存在的问题及改进的方法,以夯实学生的基本技能,强化学生的法学思维能力。
Higher vocational education should embody the characteristics of vocational education. This paper starts from the positioning of higher vocational education of law,puts forward practice teaching in the science of law education,and points out that the problems and improved methods of existing in legal education under the background of the rule of law. It is to strengthen the students＇ basic skills,and strengthen their legal thinking ability.
