积极心理学视野下大学生就业指导课程创新探索

随着最近几年我国大学生就业压力越来越大,因此这也就成为眼下社会各界和高校最为关注和重视的问题之一,所以加强对大学生的就业指导就变得非常重要了。而积极心理学不仅能够推动大学生就业指导水平的提升,还能发现就业指导课程中的不足和欠缺,并对其进行创新和完善。所以在此背景下,对就业指导课程进行创新,为学生今后的就业打下良好的基础。文章从积极心理学角度下对高校就业指导课程创新进行深入探索,希望能够更好的提升大学生未来就业的水平。

In recent years,Chinese college students＇ employment pressure is greater and greater,so it becomes one of the most concern and attention to the community and the problems of the colleges. We should lay the innovation of employment guidance course,and a good foundation for their future employment. The innovation of university employment guidance curriculum,from the perspective of positive psychology under the in- depth exploration,enhance the students and hope to be able to better the future employment level.
