右美托咪啶在临床麻醉中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 右美托咪定( DEX )是临床麻醉的一种常用药物,是一种肾上腺素能受体激动剂,具有较高的选择性[1]。 DEX在国外很早便用于临床治疗,但在国内的应用时间则相对较短。但是已经在儿科、神经外科、心外科等领域具有很多的应用[2]。现将右美托咪定在临床麻醉中的应用总结如下。
