摘要
以油酸、二乙烯三胺和氯乙酸钠为原料,采用两步真空脱水法合成了油酸咪唑啉及其季铵盐。利用静态挂片失重法和极化曲线研究了季胺化过程中加水量、原料配比、回流时间及缓蚀剂浓度对缓蚀效果的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。
A corrosion inhibitor of oleic imidazoline and quaternary ammonium salt is synthesized by two-step dehydration using oleinic acid,diethyletriamine and sodium chloroacetate. The corrosion inhibition effects of water consumption,reactant ratio,reflux reaction time and inhibitor concentration were studied by using method of static coupon and polarization curves. The optimum reaction conditions were also determined.
