浅析工业设计专业学生职业素质的培养——以承德石油高等专科学校工业设计专业为例

Cultivation of Professional Quality of Industrial Design Major Students—Industrial Design Major of Chengde Petroleum College

良好的职业素质是高职毕业生胜任工作岗位的一个极其重要的因素,为提升高职设计类专业应届毕业生的职业素质,增强其就业能力,结合设计类专业特点和高职院校生源现状,深入分析了设计类学生职业素质培养中存在的主要问题,并以承德石油高等专科学校工业设计专业为例提出了工作坊式教学模式下,学生职业素质培养的5个着手点,从学生设计文化素养,产品制作工艺的认知,自信心以及独立思考能力等方面对学生的职业素质进行全面的提升。

For industrial design major graduates of vocational colleges,a good professional quality is very important for their jobs. To improve the professional quality of the graduates majoring in design in higher vocational colleges and improve their ability of employment,based on the analysis of characteristics of design specialty and current situation of students in higher vocational colleges,this article made a thorough analysis on the main problems existing in the cultivation of students＇ professional quality. Taking the industrial design major of Chengde Petroleum College as an example,this article proposes five pieces of suggestion for the cultivation of professional quality of students in the＂workshop＂type teaching mode. This paper aims to improve the professional quality of students thoroughly,from the perspective of student design literacy,the product production process of cognition,confidence and the ability of independent thinking,etc.
