摘要
为了解高职高专大学生的学校归属感现状,课题组采用5点记分、单项选择、随机不记名施测方式,对承德石油高等专科学校240名被试学生进行抽样调查。结果显示,大学生学校归属感水平主要与学生自身状况、家庭状态和学校因素相关联。承德石油高等专科学校学生的学校归属感水平相对较高,但是,一些新情况和新趋势不容乐观,要求我们居安思危,构建学校归属感培育立体化体制机制,切实提高大学生的归属感和集体荣誉感。
A sample survey was conducted on 240 subjects from Chengde Petroleum College,using 5point score,individual selections,and random anonymous method from six dimensions. The survey shows that the level of college students' school belonging is mainly related to the students' personal situation,family status and school factors. The status of Chengde Petroleum College students' school belonging is in a relatively high level. However,some new situations and new trends are not optimistic. A three-dimensional strategy of school belonging cultivation is put forward to improve college students' sense of belonging and sense of collective honor.
