煤层注水中渗透剂的作用机理及配方研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了加快煤层注水速度,使得煤体湿润均匀,减少掘进面粉尘浓度,需向注水中添加渗透剂。以邢东矿煤层煤体为样本,选用5种渗透剂单体,进行相关性能试验。研究了不同渗透剂、不同浓度下的接触角、临界表面张力、表面张力和吸湿速度等参数。结果表明,纯水的表面张力为72mN/m,接触角为74°,不利于渗透,而加入渗透剂的溶液其表面张力可以下降至30mN/m,接触角下降到29°,效果显著。通过对比不同渗透剂溶液和纯水中的参数变化规律,进行复配和正交试验,得到适合煤层的最佳渗透剂组合及其浓度。 It is essential to add penetrant into water injection to accelerate this process,to make coal wet evenly and reduce the dust concentration of heading face. The seams of Xingdong Coal Mine have been chosen as samples of study,which will be used for relevant performance tests of five kinds of penetrating agent monomer. The contact angle,critical surface tension,surface tension,wetting rate and other parameters will be separately measured at different concentrations solution. According to the results of study,the penetration effect of pure water is poor with the surface tension of 72 mN / m and contact angle of 74°. While the penetration effect of the solution into which the penetrant has been added is quite remarkable with the surface tension dropped to 30 mN / m and contact angle dropped to 29°. Based on the experiment,the comparative analysis of the variation laws of parameters in pure water and solutions of different penetrants will be carried out. The compounding technology and orthogonal experimental design will also be adopted for the further advancement. Finally the most effective combination of penetrants with its appropriate concentration will be demonstrated in the paper.
