摘要
为解决斜切分段短壁工作面存在的顶板隐患,通过理论分析、数值模拟及现场围岩变形监测及顶板预裂爆破等方法,对某矿急倾斜中等厚度的A3煤层进行了研究。结果表明:悬顶的长度越长,对短壁工作面的安全隐患越大;顶板的高应力、大位移变化主要在距切眼70~120 m的范围内,应力在线监测验证了这个结果;针对斜切分段工作面,提出了相应的顶板预裂爆破方案,并对现场实施顶板预裂爆破前后的围岩变形情况进行了对比,验证了顶板爆破的效果。
To solve the hidden trouble in roof oblique segmentation section of short wall mining face,through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field surrounding rock deformation monitoring and roof pre-splitting blasting,we study steep medium thickness A3 coal seam,and the results show that: the longer the length of the hanging arch,the greater the safety hidden danger of short wall working face; high stress of cavern roof,the large displacement change are mainly concentrated in the range of 70 m to 120 m from the cut-hole,and the results are verified by stress on-line monitoring; for oblique segmentation working face,we propose roof pre-splitting blasting scheme; we propose corresponding roof pre-splitting blasting,and contrast surrounding rock deformation before and after the implementation of roof pre-splitting blasting,and verify the roof blasting effect.
