摘要
以某大型游乐场建筑为例,介绍了建筑基本情况及其存在的消防设计难点,即防火分区过大和疏散距离过长的问题,采用消防性能化设计的理念,根据建筑的自身特点,采取了控制可燃物、分隔防火单元等方法。设定了火灾场景和疏散场景,模拟人员的疏散情况,并对模拟结果进行分析。结果表明,采取的措施能够保证人员的安全疏散,但仍应加强消防管理,并确保采用的建筑材料燃烧性能满足要求。
Taking a large playground as an example, the basic situation and the fire design difficulties of the building were in- troduced, including over-large fire compartmentalization and over-long evacuation distance. Using the concept of performance- based fire safety design and considering the architecture charac- teristics, methods including controlling combustible materials and separating fire unit were conducted. Fire scenes and evacu- ation scenes were set, people evacuation was simulated, and the results were analyzed. Results showed that the methods can en- sure the safety evacuation, but the fire management should be strengthened, and the combustible performance of building ma- terials should suit the requirement.
