摘要
建立基于纳升电喷雾离子化质谱(nanoESI-MS)分析易燃液体及其燃烧残留物的分析方法。待测样品为93号汽油和0号柴油,试验时用混合溶液将样品稀释成体积分数为5×10-2、5×10-3、5×10-4。在优化的实验条件下,对于汽油、柴油以及它们的燃烧残留物,利用纳升电喷雾技术直接离子化,进入质谱分析检测。结果表明,该方法可以在敞开式的大气压环境下快速检测出样品中的目标离子峰,可以快速分析易燃液体及其燃烧残留物,样品无需复杂的前处理,装置简单易便携。
A nanoelectrospray ionization mass spectrometry (nanoESI-MS) for analysis of flammable liquids and their com- bustion residues was developed. The test samples were number 93 gasoline and number 0 diesel, and were diluted to volume fraction of 5 × 10-2 , 5 × 10 -3, 5 × 10-4 by mixed solution. Un- der the optimized working conditions, analytes including gaso- line, diesel and their combustion residues were ionized and di- rect analyzed by the nanoESI-MS. The result showed that nanoESI-MS is an effective analysis method for flammable liq- uids by detecting target ions rapidly in the open air. There is no need for complex pre-treatment of samples, and the apparatus is simple and portable.
