介绍了一起AC发泡剂生产过程引发的火灾事故,通过查阅和借鉴各类文献、实验数据,深刻剖析了AC发泡剂在添加配料后性能尤其是分解温度的变化,依靠现场痕迹和理论数据,准确认定了起火原因,并通过事故调查,提出科学的安全操作规程。
Introduce fire incident in the process of producing AC blowing agent, through referring to scholar paper and experi- ment data, the change of decomposition temperature of AC blowing agent after adding the ingredients was analyzed, according to on-scene trace and theoretical data, the fire cause was identi- fied and the scientific safety operation regulation was proposed on the basis of fire cause investigation.
