以某冷库亡人火灾为例,通过环境勘验、初步勘验、细项勘验、专项勘验,利用排除法分析火灾原因,在排除人为放火、遗留火种、电焊及电气线路故障引起火灾的情况下,确定火灾原因为切割钢筋引燃聚氨酯保温材料进而引发火灾。从材料性质及化学反应的角度对灾害成因进行分析,并提出防范类似事故发生的对策和建议。

taking a dead fire in a cold storage as an example, through environmental inspection, preliminary inspection, de- tailed inspection and specific inspection, fire cause was identi- fied as cutting steel igniting polyurethane thermal insulation material after excluding fire cause as arson, remnants of the fire, welding and electrical failure, from aspects as material characteristic and chemical reaction, hazard cause was analyzed, and the suggestions were proposed for similar fire prevention.
