我国电力企业物流管理及其信息化建设探究

从我国电力企业现阶段的物流业务现状来看,其功能定位决定了其对物资采购稳定性、库存控制平衡度、内部管理精细化与信息系统互联性具有较高要求。但当前我国电力物流管理中仍存在着许多困境而无法为上述要求提供切实保障,主要包括信息技术应用程度低、物流信息资源管理混乱与信息化管理机构不完善等方面的问题。为解决这些问题,进行电力企业物流管理的信息化建设成为必由之路,而其中最为关键的便是建立包括顶层设计系统、信息管理系统与安全支持系统三大机体的统一电力物流信息平台。

From the point of view of the status of the logistics business of electric power enterprise of our country at the present stage, its function orientation determines the the stability of material procurement, inventory control balance degrees, internal fine management and information system interconnection has a higher requirement. But current our country electric power logistics management still exist many difficulties to the requirements to provide effective protection, including the low level of information technology, logistics information resource management confusion and information management organization is not perfect and so on the question. To solve these problems, the information construction of electric power enterprise logistics management become the only way, and one of the most critical is to include the establishment of information management system, system top design and safety support system in the body of the unified power logistics information platform.
