Study on Fuzhou Logistical Area Based on Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process

基于物流园区经营管理理论,从设施设备水平、规模水平、经营水平、服务水平4个维度构建物流园区绩效评价指标体系,建立物流园区绩效评价体系模型,应用模糊理论和层次分析法实现对福州某物流园区经营状况的综合评判,从得出的结果中分析该物流园区存在的问题,从物流园区及政府两个角度提出相应的改进建议。

It summarized the category and the function of the logistical area and selected 17 indexes and divided them into four levels, which are equipment level, scale level, operation level and service level, in order to set up a rational index system. According to the index system, it used the method of Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process to analysis the performances of one logistical area of Fuzhou. In the end, corresponding improvement suggestions were put forward from the perspective of the government and logistical area itself.
