摘要 随着各城市地铁开启线网化运营模式,运营物资仓储库存管理也面临许多问题和挑战,文中通过使用精确重心法及层次分析法与EXCEL软件结合运用,在实现成都地铁线网物流配送中心选址的同时提供了简洁且操作简便的运算方式。以具有线网共享或具有大架修功能的车辆段基地为例对仓库功能设置、面积规划等问题进行探讨,希望能为其他城市提供一些借鉴。 As metro line network operation is used in various cities, there are many challenging problems existing in inventory management. In this thesis, center-of-gravity method and AHP in conjunction with EXCEL software are used, while achieving Chengdu metro line network logistics distribution center to provide a simple and easy to operate op mode. To have shard line network with large maintenance depot functions as an example, for the warehouse feature set. area planning and other issues were discussed, Hoping to provide some reference for other cities.
