摘要
快递企业包装物逐年递增,但循环利用存在较大困难,文中从政府、包装物生产商、快递企业、消费者几个角度进行策略分析,提出EPR制度是解决快递包装循环利用问题的有效途径。
Express enterprises＇ packaging is increasing year by year, but the recycling is a big difficulty, give the strategy analysis from the government, packaging manufacturers, express delivery companies, consumers, put forward that the EPR system is the effective way to solve the problem of delivery packaging recycling.
