摘要 随着经济全球化的进程不断深入与信息技术的高速发展,我国企业面临着更广阔的市场环境,国内外市场联系得更加紧密。许多企业开始致力于制定符合国际经济环境的国际市场营销策略,积极开拓国际市场。在此过程中,供应链优化成为辅助国际市场开拓的重要助力。它将生产及运营中的物流、信息流和资金流进行协调与管理,对企业制定开拓国际市场的策略提供了全新的思路和方向。 With the rapid development of the economic globalization and the information technology, local companies are facing with broader and broader markets. As a result, domestic and overseas markets are connected closely. More and more companies start researching on strategies to expand their markets. In this process, the improvement in the supply chain is one of the most important enablers in the expansion process. The coordination among materials flow, information flow and cash flow can be achieved with the help of the supply chain management, which also provides a creative direction to conduct marketing strategies in the global markets.
