摘要
分析了高校行政工作绩效管理中存在的一些问题,探索问题解决的方法和对策,从完善绩效管理制度、统一绩效标准、加强绩效沟通、合理应用绩效管理方法等方面提升高校行政工作的绩效管理。
Analyzed the problems in the performance management of university administrative work, and try to explore some solutions to solve the problems,in order to enhance performance management of university administrative work through improving performance management system, unifying performance standards, strengthening performance communication and applicating performance management methods.
