摘要
现代金融业正面临着巨大变革,金融人才培养也要与时俱进。优秀的职业心理素质是金融人才能否应对行业变化的内在关键性因素,该研究通过金融人才职业心理素质调查问卷对珠三角地区645名金融类在校大学生进行调查,结果发现:人际适应、情绪认知、压力应对和情绪控制是金融应用人才职业胜任心理素质的主要构成要素;学生干部的职业心理素质好于非学生干部。高校和金融企业应重视人才的心理问题,有意识地培养胜任金融岗位的职业心理素质。
