绵萆薢中甾体类成分的分离与鉴定Ⅱ 被引量:2

摘要 目的对绵萆薢的化学成分进行研究。方法将大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、正相硅胶、ODS等柱色谱与制备型高效液相色谱法相结合进行化合物的分离制备,并通过理化性质与核磁共振波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从绵萆薢中分离鉴定了12个单体成分,分别鉴定为原薯蓣皂苷(protodioscin,1)、甲基原薯蓣皂苷(methyl protodioscin,2)、原纤细皂苷(protogracillin,3)、甲基原纤细皂苷(methyl protogracillin,4)、伪原薯蓣皂苷(pseudoprotodioscin,5)、伪原纤细皂苷(pseudoprotogracillin,6)、26-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3β,23,26-triol-25(R)-furosta-5,20(22)-dien-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→4)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(7)、豆甾醇(stigmasterol,8)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,9)dioscoreavilloside A(10)、绵萆薢苷B(spongioside B,11)及粉背薯蓣G(hypoglaucin G,12)。结论在对绵萆薢的化学成分进行研究的过程中,分离鉴定了12个甾体类化合物。其中化合物5~8和10为首次从该种植物中分离得到,并首次对化合物7的核磁数据进行了报道。 Objective To study the chemical constituents from Dioscorea spongiosa. Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatographies such as D101 resin,silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS and HPLC,and identified by the physicochemical property and spectral data. Results Twelve steroids were isolated and identified as protodioscin( 1),methyl protodioscin( 2),protogracillin( 3),methyl protogracillin( 4),pseudoprotodioscin( 5),pseudoprotogracillin( 6),26-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3β,23,26-triol-25( R)-furosta-5,20( 22)-dien-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl( 1 → 4)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-( 1 → 2) ]-β-D-glucopyranoside( 7),stigmosterol( 8),β-sitosterol( 9),dioscoreaviuoside A( 10),spongioside B( 11) and hypoglaucin G( 12),respectively. Conclusions Compounds 5- 8 and 10 were obtained from D. spongiosa for the first time,and the1H-NMR,13C-NMR data of 7 was firstly reported in this paper.
