原子吸收光谱法测定消乳散中10种金属元素含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的对消乳散中铜(Cu)、铬(Cr)、镉(Cd)、钴(Co)、铅(Pd)、钠(Na)、钾(K)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)和锌(Zn)10种金属元素的含量进行测定,为消乳散的质量控制及临床应用提供依据。方法采用湿法消解法消解样品,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定消乳散中金属元素Cu、Cr、Cd、Co和Pd的含量,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定消乳散中Na、K、Ca、Mg和Zn金属元素的含量。结果3批消乳散中均检出Cu、Cr、Cd、Co、Pd、Na、K、Ca、Mg和Zn元素,所建立的标准曲线相关系数r〉0.999 0,加样回收率在95.4%~101.7%内,精密度试验RSD在1.6%内,重复性试验RSD在2.0%内,稳定性试验RSD在1.8%内。结论该方法简便易于操作,适用于消乳散的金属元素限量控制。 Objective To determine the contents of Cu,Cr,Cd,Co,Pd,Na,K,Ca,Mg and Zn in Xiaorusan,so as to provide scientific basis for quality control and clinical application. Methods Wet-digestion methods were adopted to digest the samples,the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was adopted to determine the contents of Cu,Cr,Cd,Co,Pd,and flame atomic absorption spectrometry was adopted to determine the contents of Na,K,Ca,Mg and Zn in Xiaorusan. Results Cu,Cr,Cd,Co,Pd,Na,K,Mg and Zn in three batches of Xiaorusan were all detected. The correlation coefficient of standard curve were greater than 0. 999 0. The additional standard recoveries of samples were between 95. 4% and 101. 7%. The RSD of precision was lower than 1. 6%,and the RSD of repeatability was lower than 2. 0%. Conclusions This method is found to be accurate,sensitive,highly specific and easy to operate for the limit control of metal elements contents in XiaoRu San.
