摘要
老龄化问题日益加剧,该文从建筑设计及场地规划的角度出发,以老年人生理、心理活动的差异性为基础,在居住类建筑的设计中以创造人性化、无障碍的居住与活动空间为切入点,对当下养老建筑设施设计的现状、出现的问题展开并提出了设计思路,以期对养老机构建筑设计提供一些建议。
With the issue of aging getting increasingly severe, this paper, from aspects of building design and site planning, and based on the differences of the old in physiological and psychological conditions, presents the current status and existing problems in building design for elder-nursing organizations, and also offers some design thoughts focusing on creation of humanized and barrier-free residence and activity space. It hopes to give some references for similar projects.
