摘要
市政工程项目管理的价值分析是以管理学的原理和方法为基础,以价值作为导向的一种有组织的创造性活动。运用价值分析的理论与方法,对项目的经济效益、社会效益、风险效益进行分析,并对项目做出功能评价,从而提升项目的价值,实现利益最大化。
Value analysis in municipal engineering project management, based on the principles and methods in management science, is an organized creative activity oriented with value. With the theories and methods of value analysis, the economic benefit, social benefit and risk benefit are analyzed,and the project is functionally assessed, so as to enhance project value and achieved benefit maximization.
