摘要
通过在收购现场探究玉米色选机的工艺条件对生霉粒含量的影响,结合产量、经济性对色选机的使用效果进行分析。在供料量为65%、灵敏度1为15%、灵敏度2为30%时,通过使用色选机,玉米生霉粒含量可以降低到原含量的49%,此时,色选机产量为20.4t/h,废品带出比为17.2%。
In this experiment , the effect of technological conditions of corn color selector on the content of the moldy kernel had been explored .The effect of corn color selector combined with the production and econo-my had been analyzed at the scene of the acquisition . The content of the moldy kernel in corn can be re-duced to 49% of the original content by corn color selector when the technological parameters were as fol-lows:feed rate of 65% , the first sensitivity of 15% , the second sensitivity of 30% . Under these condi-tions , the yield and waste out ratio of the corn color selector was 20 .4 t/h and 17 .2% .
