摘要 转基因技术自问世以来,给全世界带来巨大的收益。转基因植物的大规模商业化推广,在解决粮食危机、保护环境和提高粮食营养品质等方面做出了突出贡献。而转基因动物产业相较于转基因植物研究的初期,发展迅猛,也在食品、医药、农业和生物材料等众多领域广泛研究并应用,具有巨大的经济前景和社会效益。但是转基因食品存在一定的风险,必须进行食用安全性评价。毒理学评价作为食品安全评价中必不可少的一部分,是保障食品安全和国民健康的重要手段。国内外有关转基因食品安全评价的报道已有不少,但毒理学方面的评价较少。该文对转基因食品的毒理学评价进行了综述,以期对转基因产业的发展奠定理论基础,保障人类健康。 The advent of genetically modified technology has brought huge benefits for the whole world. Mass commercialization of transgenic plants has made great contributions to solving the food crisis,protecting the environment and improving the quality of food nutrition,etc. Compared to the beginning of transgenic plant research,transgenic animal industry is developing rapidly,and is also being widely researched and applied in food,medicine,agriculture,biological materials and many other fields,and it has great economic outlook and social benefits. But there are dangers of genetically modified food,and food safety evaluation must be conducted. As an essential part of food safety evaluation,toxicology evaluation is an important means of ensuring food safety and national health. There have been quite a few safety assessment of genetically modified food at home and abroad,but reports of toxicological evaluation are less. In this paper,toxicology evaluation of genetically modified food were summarized,so as to lay a theoretical foundation to the development of genetically modified industry and safeguard human health.
