摘要
以大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌3种细菌为指示菌,采用抑菌圈法通过体外抑菌观察,探讨了陕北产蝎毒液的体外抑菌效应,并与蝎体液诱导物和喹诺酮类抗菌药进行了比较。结果显示,蝎毒液对革兰氏阴性指示菌大肠杆菌的抑制效果不明显,对革兰氏阳性指示菌枯草杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有明显的抑制,最大抑菌圈分别可达1.05±0.18 cm和0.87±0.09 cm,而经大肠杆菌诱导后的蝎体液对3种菌都有明显的抑制效果。这些结果表明,蝎毒液具有一定的选择性抗菌效应,大肠杆菌诱导后的蝎体液也有抗菌效应,但选择性较弱。
The antibacterial effects of scorpion venom or its body fluid has not been reported extensively. The present study investigated the antibacterial effects of quinolones antibiotic,venom and its body of scorpion Buthus martensii Karsch from North of Shaanxi by measuring the antibacterial circle in vitro. The results showed that scorpion venom could inhibit Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus significantly,inhibition zone was 1. 05 ± 0. 18 cm and 0. 87± 0. 09 cm,respectively,but weak to E. coli.. However,similar to quinolones antibiotic,the crude extract from scorpion body fluid after the induction by E. coli. inhibited all of them. These results indicate that scorpion venom inhibited Gram- positive bacteria selectively,but scorpion body fluid after the induction by E. coli. has weakly selective inhibition.
