摘要
通过大黄染料对Modal纤维/牛奶蛋白复合纤维进行染色试验研究,优选大黄染料染2种纤维的最佳染色工艺,探讨大黄染Modal纤维/牛奶蛋白复合纤维色纺针织纱的生产工艺,提出生产过程中需采取的技术措施,通过对纺纱工艺参数优化,不仅解决了2种纤维染色后强度和蓬松度降低等问题,而且有效地解决了纺纱过程中有色纤维静电严重、棉网飘浮、纤维缠绕、纤维间抱合力小等问题,可纺出成纱质量较高的针织纱,满足了用户对高档针织产品的质量要求。
