中药熏洗液在鼻内镜手术后的应用

Surgical cavity steaming and irrigating with herbal decoction for cases undergone endoscopic sinus surgery

目的观察中药熏洗液对鼻内镜术后术腔黏膜恢复的效用。方法鼻内镜术后患者109例,随机分为中药熏洗组和生理盐水冲洗组,术后分别应用中药熏洗液或生理盐水熏洗术腔,疗程12周,疗程结束后对比分析2组疗效。结果治疗组病情完全控制率65.45%,总有效率90.91%,明显高于对照组的50.00%及79.63%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗液能更好地促进鼻内镜术后术腔黏膜恢复,可以作为鼻内镜术后综合治疗方案的有效补充。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of herbal decoction on mucosal epithelization following endoscopic sinus surgery by the way of steaming and irrigating into the surgical cavity based on a clinical trial. Methods Included in this study were109 patients undergone endoscopic sinus surgery, randomly divided into two groups after the operation, i.e. observing group（OG） and controlling group（CG）. The cases in OG were steamed and irrigated by herbal decoction and those in CG were treated in the same treating way but only by normal saline, twice one day, with the therapeutic course lasted for 12 weeks for both groups. Then,therapeutic effect was analyzed by the end of therapeutic course in a compared way between the two groups. Results The curative rate was 65.45% in OG, with a total effective rate of 90.91%, obviously higher than that（50.00% and 79.63% respectively） in CG with statistically significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is proved that herbal lotion can promote mucosal epithelization in surgical cavity better following endoscopic sinus surgery when used in the way of steaming and irrigating into the surgical cavity. It can be used as an effective complementary procedure to the comprehensive treating strategy for cases following nasal endoscopic sinus surgery.
