三维CT重建技术在茎突综合征诊断中的应用

Application of 3D CT reconstruction technique in the diagnosis of Styloid Process Syndrome

目的探讨三维CT重建技术在茎突综合征的诊断及手术疗效评价中的应用价值。方法总结38例病程两个月以上的茎突异常病人的资料,所有病例均行经口咽途径的茎突截短术。比较分析茎突的长度及方位与本病关系,探讨手术疗效。结果经手术治疗后28例(73.6%)的患者症状消失,7例(18.4%)的患者症状减轻,3例(7.9%)患者无效,有效率92.1%(35/38)。结论茎突综合征的诊断主要依靠临床症状、触诊及影像学检查,三维CT检查对诊断及手术疗效评价有重要意义,对于有症状的茎突异常行茎突截短术疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the application value of clinical diagnosis and operation evaluation technique of 3D CT reconstruction in styloid process syndrome. Methods 38 patients with styloid process syndrome were analyzed. All cases were treated with transoral approach styloidectomy. To analyze the relationship between the length and azimuth of styloid process with the disease and to investigate the curative effect of operation. Results After operation, 73.6%（28/38） cured,18.4%（7/38） improved,while 7.9%（3/38） had no improvement. The total effective rate was 92.1%（35/38）. Conclusion The styloid process syndrome is diagnosed according to clinical symptom、palpation and imaging examinations. The 3D CT examination is a feasible and effective method for diagnosis of the styloid process syndrome and it has great significance for the evaluation of the surgical treatment effect. Styloid process surgery should be done for symptomatic abnormal styloid process.
