摘要
对冷作模具钢进行了完全退火、淬火和回火热处理,研究了热处理工艺对冷作模具钢组织与硬度性能的影响。结果表明,铸态冷作模具钢的铸态组织为马氏体+索氏体组织;在完全退火态下的碳化物粒子和高碳化合物都发生了聚集球化现象,分布较为均匀;当淬火温度为940℃,回火温度分别为250℃和500℃时,冷作模具钢分别得到了回火马氏体和回火索氏体组织,硬度分别为61.7 HRC和52.6 HRC。
The effects of heat treatment on microstructure and hardness of cold working die steel were studied. The results show that the as cast microstructure of cold work die steel is martensite+sorbite, the carbide particles after fully annealed and the high carbon compounds have aggregation balling phenomenon, and the distribution is more uniform. When quenched at 940 ℃and tempered at 250 ℃ and 500 ℃, respectively, cold working die steel can obtain the tempered martensite and tempered sorbite structure and the hardness is 61.7 HRC and 52.6 HRC, respectively.
