摘要
通过对不同加热温度和保温时间下熔覆层制备工艺参数进行实验研究,确定了机械部件ZG45表面Ni/Al_2O_3熔覆层制备的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,在1 050℃下加热1 h,Ni/Al_2O_3熔覆层与母材ZG45的结合程度良好。在细晶强化、弥散强化和Cr_7C_3硬质强化的共同作用下,从母材到熔覆层表面的硬度逐渐升高。
The optimal process for preparing Ni/Al2O3 cladding layer on mechanical part of ZG45 was studied by cladding at different temperatures and holding times. The results show that the bonding strength between Ni/Al2O3 cladding layer and matrix ZG45 is the best at 1 050 ℃ for 1 h. The hardness of the cladding layer gradually increase from matrix to the cladding surface due to fine grain strengthening, dispersion strengthening and Cr7C3 stereoplasm strengthen.
