摘要
通过研究内螺纹的冷挤压成形过程,利用数值模拟仿真技术获得挤压成形过程的速度场分布,并通过试验方法验证了内螺纹冷挤压成形过程的金属流动规律。结果表明,内螺纹冷挤压过程中牙顶处金属受力最小,牙底部分受到丝锥的压力最大,同时也使得晶粒细化程度有所不同。
The velocity field distribution of metal flow in extrusion forming process was obtained by means of numerical simulation technology, and the metal flow law of internal thread in cold extrusion forming process was verified by experimental method. The results show that the maximum and minimum stress of the internal thread during cold extrusion forming process are root and crest part, respectively, and the grain refinement degree is different.
